Ennis, Baynard, Morton, Medlin & Brown, P.A. is a full-service civil litigation firm for business owners and professionals as well as local individuals and families, located in the Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach area of North Carolina. Founded in 1999, our five attorneys bring over 100 years of combined litigation experience to the representation of clients in all types of civil disputes.
We counsel clients in civil litigation, including admiralty law, insurance defense, insurance coverage, serious personal injury, construction disputes, products liability, employment law, contract disputes, and commercial litigation. Our attorneys have tried cases at every level of the North Carolina court system and in the federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court.
